Welcome to CVCSoft. By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, or downloading any of our digital products (plugins, scripts, templates, ebooks, or audio packs), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

1. Membership and Billing

CVCSoft operates on a subscription-based membership model (Silver, Gold, and Platinum).

• Billing: By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees at regular intervals (monthly, quarterly, or annually) depending on your chosen plan.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your downloaded files, but your access to the membership portal, future updates, and VIP support will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Sharing your account credentials or engaging in group buys is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

2. Licensing and Product Usage

Your rights to use the digital assets downloaded from CVCSoft depend on your membership tier and the specific product type:

• WordPress Plugins & Themes: All WordPress-related software is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). You are free to modify and use these on personal or commercial sites.
• Ebooks, Audios & Templates: Unless explicitly labeled as PLR (Private Label Rights) or Master Resell Rights (MRR), all digital content is for personal use or use within your own business only. You may not directly resell, redistribute, or claim copyright over these original files.
• Commercial Use: Gold and Platinum members are granted a Commercial Developer License, allowing you to use our tools, graphics, and plugins to build and deliver websites/projects for paying clients.

3. Product Delivery and Updates

Because our products are purely digital, they are delivered instantly upon successful payment. As long as your membership is active, you will receive unrestricted access to all future updates for the plugins and scripts you have downloaded.

4. Fair Use Policy

While we offer "unlimited downloads" to our active members, we employ a Fair Use Policy to prevent abuse, server overload, and mass scraping. Automated downloading scripts, bots, or attempting to download the entire library at once is strictly forbidden and will trigger an automatic security ban.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your CVCSoft membership. Due to the nature of digital downloads, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our dedicated Refund Policy. Please review our full Refund Policy here for eligibility details.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
