Membership & Billing

How does the CVCSoft membership work?

When you purchase a Silver, Gold, or Platinum membership, you unlock instant access to our entire library of premium WordPress plugins, software scripts, templates, ebooks, and audio packs. As long as your subscription is active, you can download any product at no additional cost.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, absolutely. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your member dashboard. Once cancelled, you will not be billed again, and your access will simply expire at the end of your current billing cycle.

What is the difference between the membership tiers?

All tiers give you unlimited downloads from our library. The primary differences are the billing cycle duration (3 Months, 6 Months, or 1 Year) and the level of support you receive. Platinum members receive VIP priority support and extended product updates.

Products & Licensing

Can I use these products on my clients' websites?

Yes! Our WordPress plugins and software tools are licensed under the GPL (General Public License), meaning you are free to use them on your own personal websites as well as on sites you build for your clients. Commercial use is permitted and encouraged!

Are the products updated regularly?

Yes. We continually monitor our plugins and scripts to ensure they remain compatible with the latest versions of WordPress and server environments. Active members get instant access to all product updates the moment they are released.

Can I resell the ebooks and audio packs?

Unless a product is explicitly labeled with PLR (Private Label Rights) or MRR (Master Resell Rights) in its description, our digital assets are for your personal and commercial use only. You may not resell the raw files or claim them as your own copyrighted work. Please check the specific license included in the download file of each product.

Support & Refunds

Do you provide technical support for the plugins?

Yes, we offer standard support for all active members. If you run into a bug or a technical issue with one of our tools, you can submit a support ticket. Please note that while we provide support for our products, we cannot provide general web development tutorials or fix conflicts caused by third-party themes.

What happens if a product doesn't work?

We test our products rigorously. However, if you find a genuine technical flaw or bug that prevents a plugin or script from working, and our support team cannot resolve it within 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund under our 14-Day Technical Guarantee.
